The staff were very friendly, they chatted to us everyday and in English. The bathroom had a lovely big shower with a good strong flow. Locally there was a market some days with fresh food, a variety of restaurants and there was a supermarket across the road. We also liked the facilities to make drinks and keep food in a fridge.

The staff at the hotel is amazing, they're very welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms are very well equipped and the kitchenette with the small refrigerator is a bonus that makes staying there feel more like being at home. You can prepare your own meals (or preheat ready ones in the microwave), you can properly store food and make yourselves delicious cups of tea or coffee using the kettle. Rooms are automatically cleaned after 8 days of stay but you can request having your rooms cleaned whenever you want for extra charges. The hotel is strategically located next to the Gare Massy-Palaiseau which makes exploring cities easier. There are several supermarkets and pharmacies in the area in case you need anything.

We loved the facilities. Everything we needed was there. They provided an iron but no ironboard, which wasn't a problem. We had extra towels and bedding at no extra cost. There was coffee and clean water to drink. The place was clean enough, have a safe and a spacious wardrobe. We loved the shower and the quietness in the room. You can't hear any noise from the train station, which is incredible. Overall a great place for a short stay.

Great breakfast. Very nice and gentle staff, capable of speaking multiple languages (at least french, english, spanish and italian). Very nice and comfy room, especially appreciated the large bathroom and the small kitchen. Optimal position for using the public services, due to the proximity to the Massy train and bus station

The room, though small, was very clean and was sufficient enough for one person. The location of the hotel is excellent, just beside Massy Railway Station. It has a supermarket just beside it, and one branch of French Supermarket Auchum is just opposite the hotel to buy stuff for breakfast. It was a really great stay at the hotel. I felt totally safe as a solo female traveler. Microwave, electric kettle etc were working fine and clean plates and other utensils were there for dinner and lunch.

There was a small supermarket and places to eat around there. You just needed to walk and it was very close. The room was clean and comfortable for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a laundromat inside the hotel which was very convenient, however you need to pay for it. You can get free coffee by the reception, you just need to bring your own mugs that are provided in your room.

Location is great, neer train station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean. We could leave are baggage in the hotel facilities until our plane takes off.

Super clean. So close to the RER. Makes the slightly longer commute to the city centre seem okay. Very nice locality as well with two super markets just around. Sweet people at the front desk, it was easy to communicate with them.

Room was great and clean and the staff was attentive. In general it is a simple hotel that performs as advertised. Great location, decent breakfast, and a clean room. Perfect for a conference visits for a few days!
